MANTUS MARINE · MODEL 104
MANTUS DINGHY
RUGGED. UNSINKABLE. BUILT TO LAST.
The hard-shell tender that ends “the inflatable compromise” — nearly double the interior room, foam-cushioned bumper, and an unsinkable hull. Row it, plane it, beach it, and forget about patch kits forever.
The Mantus Dinghy (Model 104) is a rigid rotomolded HDPE dinghy made in the USA that combines the stability of an inflatable with the durability of a hard-shell boat. It carries four passengers and 755 lbs tested capacity, takes up to a 20 HP outboard, and floats fully loaded even when flooded. Made in Texas; ships in 3–4 weeks.

WHY IT WINS
Built for Adventure, Engineered for Durability
Every detail is designed to take a beating and keep going — so you spend your time on the water, not maintaining your tender.
Integrated Foam Bumpers
Thick molded-in foam rails cushion every approach — protecting your topsides, your dinghy and the boats you raft up to. No fender juggling required.
Rows Light, Planes Fast
A forward keel allows to row with ease, flat bottom at the transom allows to jump on plane. One tender that’s genuinely good both ways.
Ready to Launch Day One
Arrives complete with oars, seats, storage bags and a plumbed 6-gallon fuel tank. Add fuel and go — nothing extra to source.
Low Maintenance, High Fun
No glue, no patches, no annual re-tubing, no slow leaks. UV-stable polyethylene means you wash it off and move on with your day.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Mantus Dinghy (Model 104) is 10.4 feet long overall (124.8 inches) with a beam of 5.7 feet (68.3 inches) and a height of 28 inches. Hull length is 104.6 inches, interior width is 50.1 inches, and transom height is 17.4 inches. The hull weighs 220 lbs dry, carries a tested capacity of 755 lbs, and takes up to a 20 HP outboard.
Yes. The rotomolded HDPE hull floats fully loaded even when every chamber is flooded — verified in Coast Guard flotation and capacity testing.
Four passengers, with a tested weight capacity of 755 lbs and 64 cubic feet of interior volume — nearly double a comparable RIB’s 33.
Up to 20 HP. The flat transom bottom lets it jump on plane, while the forward keel keeps it easy to row.
Seats, oars, storage bags, and a plumbed 6-gallon fuel tank. Options: transom wheels, swim ladder, bimini, cover, and a center console for remote steering.
Same dock footprint, far more room inside. The Mantus Dinghy’s interior measures 8’8″ long by 4’3″ wide by 1’9″ deep — 64 cubic feet of internal volume versus roughly 33 in a comparable RIB, because there are no inflatable tubes eating the interior. A comparable RIB’s inside width is around 2’8″; the Mantus gives you 4’3″. Add no patching, no re-gluing, and molded-in foam bumpers instead of air collars. The trade-off is hull weight: 220 lbs versus a lighter inflatable.
