The best headlamp I have had for early morning fishing
Fits well, love the red feature. Besides better chart reading at night, the red light allows me to pick up my power and water lines when returning after dark without attracting a thousand insects to my face trying to get the prongs on the electric lines aligned with their receptacles.
Very robust. Much, much more so than plastic ones purchased at discount or hardware stores. It’s expensive, I feel it will far outlast cheaper ones. However, it is larger than typical headlamps. I could not use it when working in a confined space on my boat. I had to switch to a smaller headlamp. Up/down adjustment is imprecise and fairly hard to accomplish.
